How to Pay

You can pay in many ways:

Online - simply login to your account and make payments online, using your debit or credit card.

Direct Debit - Fill out a Direct Debit Mandate and return it to us at the address below.

Giro - you can pay using cash at the Post Office or by using cash or cheque at your own bank branch. Please use one of the Giro slips provided with your catalogue. (Please note that cheques are not accepted at the Post Office).

Automatised payments - call our Balance Enquiry Line on 0845 337 0542 and select the payments option to make an automated payment using your debit or credit card.

Over the phone - call us on 0845 888 0000 and speak to one of our advisors to make payments using your debit or credit card.

By cheque - send us a cheque through the post (cheques should be made payable to Park Christmas Savings Club Ltd). Please write your name, address and Agency/reference number on the reverse and send it to us at Family Christmas Savings Club Ltd, Valley Road, Birkenhaed CH41 7ED - or use one of the FREEPOST envelopes provided.
