Loyalty Bonus
Everyone can earn our loyalty bonus. For every year of service as a Family Agent or a Family Direct Customer, you will receive £1 (to a maximum of £15). Our loyalty bonus doesn't stop after 15 years though – it's payable every continuous year of service, after 15 years at a rate of £15. For example, if you've been with us for 5 continuous years, you'll receive a £5 loyalty bonus. If you've been with us for 15 continuous years, you'll receive a £15 loyalty bonus, if you've been with us for 20 continuous years, you'll receive a £15 loyalty bonus.
Customer Bonus
Our Customer Bonus is paid only to Family Agents. For every ordering customer you have as a Family Agent you will receive £1, with no limit. To qualify for our Customer Bonus, you must give us the full name, a valid address, postcode and telephone number for each of your customers.

Loyalty and Customer Bonus Example:
If you have been a Family Agent for 9 years and have 10 customers, you will receive a reward of £19.00 (£1 for each ordering customer whose valid details you have given us). If you take this reward, plus your commission of, for example £121.50, by cheque, your total will be £140.50.
If you take this in High Street Gift Vouchers, you will receive £148.00 in vouchers.
If you leave the money in your account towards your 2009 order, you will have £154.55.
All of our commission and bonuses are calculated on final account status as at 1st November 2008. We will calculate this for you and inform you of any commission and bonuses you may qualify for. To qualify for our commission and bonuses, your orders must be paid in full by 1st November 2008.
