I am having difficulty placing an order?

Answer:
We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties ordering online. It may be because you are having trouble logging in.

If you have forgotten your Account Number you'll find this on any letters or emails we've sent you.

If you've forgotten your password, go to My Account and simply click on "Forgotten your Password?" where you'll be asked to fill in your Account Number and email address. We'll send you a new password to your email address. Once you’ve logged in, please amend the temporary password to something more memorable to you.
